Individual Therapy

Online Individual counseling/ therapy is a valuable and important resource for many people, providing a safe and supportive space to explore and heal deep-rooted emotional challenges, trauma, or mental health concerns. Personal Therapists are trained professionals who specialize in diagnosing and treating various psychological issues, using evidence-based techniques and modalities to support their clients on their healing journey.

As a life coach, my approach differs from therapy in several key ways. While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds and addressing mental health diagnoses, one on one counseling  is forward-focused and action-oriented, centered around helping you achieve your goals, realize your potential, and create positive transition in your life.

As your coach, I won't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but I will work with you to identify the root and cause of the problems, then find and reinforce your strengths, values, and aspirations, and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles and move towards your desired outcomes. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and uncover patterns that may be holding you back from living your best life.

Where therapy tends to delve into the past to understand and heal emotional wounds, individual therapy session is more focused on the present and future, helping you set goals, make decisions, and take action to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Individual therapy coaching is a collaborative partnership between equals, where you are seen as the expert on your own life, and I serve as a guide and ally to support you in reaching your full potential.

While individual therapy and coaching serve different purposes, they complement each other beautifully. Many clients find that they benefit from both approaches at different times in their lives, depending on their needs and goals. As your coach, my goal is to support you in whatever way best serves your growth and well-being, whether that involves coaching, therapy, or a combination of both
